Like people, almost all businesses want to grow, to develop, to be more successful.

A business is the total of all the experiences and abilities of the people who comprise it. 

So, to bring about growth, development and success in a business, it is necessary to bring about growth, development and success in the people who run the business as well as the business itself.

Business people have within them all the resources they need to change positively, but they need help to bring out and develop these qualities.

So, the JML concept is to coach the whole business and the individuals within it.

 Of course, the individuals and the team are inextricably linked and, to be successful, my business coaching works on many fronts within a business simultaneously.
